Organisation
We have a relatively simple organisational structure, and this allows invaluable communication and interaction between staff and management and encourages all technical and administration staff to be involved in the planning and decision-making processes.
Our employees bring together in excess of over 100 years in broad industry experience and it is considered that “a piece of paper” qualification isn’t as important in some cases as field and hands on experience.
